Pennsylvania Driver
One who has no real talent at driving and basically honks at you for actually knowing how to drive. In fact there are a few things that are quite distinct about Pennsylvania drivers, especially those from Philadelphia... 1. Red means Go 2. Green means stop 3. No parking means double parking 4. 25 mph means 15 mph 5. They actually wait for a bus instead of passing a bus 6. They honk if you stop at a stop sign 7. Pedestrians become targets 8. Do not stop at stop 9. They have no regard for street signs 10. They hate on Jersey drivers because they actually have skill
