Noun: Brainrot or Brainrot Content is mind numbing slop found on primarily YouTube Shorts and TikTok, usually low effort, having zero plot and bright colours to attract young kid's minds to gain even more views. These videos where they milk a popular thing for views and the end goal of profit are known as "Contnent Farms", to increase the popularity of these Content Farms they often sexualize characters, add loud sound effects, etc. Some Brainrot are just obnoxious videos with Family Guy clips at the top. Either way, this content is sure to make you feel like you just went through a lobotomy. Verb: To Brainrot something is to transform something into Brainrot, whether it's making a brainrot cover of a song with altered lyrics that will make you want to cut off your ears or creating Content Farms of franchises that are popular, it's all the same. Adjective: Having 'Brainrot' usually associates with watching low effort mind numbing slop (such as Skibidi Toilet or the Grimace Shake trends), usually on platforms such as TikTok or YouTube (more specifically Shorts), this can result in 'brainrot vocabulary', including words like rizz, fanum tax, sigma, etc. This internet phenomenon is popular among young children who are slow enough to forget how to tie their shoes.
