a person, specifically a woman, who will do anything extra to receive the attention and validation from men. ----- speaking from experience (being friends with a pick-me), there are many people today who will do anything for the attention and validation from men. there are men who will find humor off of r@pe/SA, misogyny, homophobia, racism, and more. a person who craves the attention from men will adapt to that type of humor to please problematic men. a person who craves attention from men will throw their own friends under the bus (specifically non-men) to praise other men; to put them first before anything.
