Desteni is a group of people whose passion and profession is to work together on solutions for the world. The Desteni community produced more than 10,000 (and counting) free videos, countless articles and blog posts on subjects ranging from personal relationships, global problems, money, sexuality, to mind, spirituality and self-development identifying and taking on the issues presented within each topic sticking to common sense and practicality. The main focus of Desteni’s research at this moment is the human mind: how it functions, why it functions the way it does and how it can be changed. When we say “mind”, we are referring to that part of you that is thinking and feeling. Your mind is that part of you that tells you that you’re not good enough, that you are right and everyone else is wrong; that it’s not your fault; that uses thoughts to create emotional experiences like anger that may lead you to say or do something you end up regretting.

I took time designing it but wasn't sure, online tools being what they are, that what I was seeing was for sure what I'd get. Very much appreciated the customer service communication which verified that what I'd designed was what I wanted, and the shipping was quick too.

I was really excited to receive this mug and when it did come it was perfect quality. My only complaint is that the color I choose was green teal but it came in yellow.
