Those who believe the ultimate evil is real, often are religious, or philosophical rather than scientific but there are still many scientific people who believe in the ultimate evil, even putting forth theories as to what the ultimate evil is. The most modern example of the ultimate evil are fictional characters, or religious characters. Such as Lucifer from Christian belief, often referred to as Satan. Although many use it to describe politicians, or organizations especially in propaganda, or to provoke a response.
