But this term is simply obsessed with whatever genitals you were born with even tho your gender identity has nothing to do with your crotch. Plus, for axab people (which is common in many Native American tribes and intersex folk) being transfem or transmasc doesn’t apply very easily, so there is often a disconnect between tme / tma terms.
