the 90s
Probably the greatest decade ever. Why? Video gaming was awesome, gracing great consoles such as the Super Nintendo, the Sega Genesis, the original Sony Playstation and the Nintendo 64 and also gracing legendary games such as Super Metroid, Metal Gear Solid, Super Mario 64 and pretty much all of the Legend of Zelda and Final Fantasy games released that decade. Disney was on top form easier translation they were pretty much kicking ass, creating great film after great film e.g. Beauty and the Beast and The Lion King. Music was awesome, when MTV had more credibility and rock was at the top of the industry while rap had more meaning and creativity than today's shit. Examples of artist; Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Rage Against the Machines, Smashing Pumpkins, Radiohead, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Oasis, Blur, Nas, Notorious BIG, 2pac, Wu Tang Clan, Dr. Dre, Ice Cube. TV was awesome, when cartoons where the total shit e.g. Ren and Stimpy, Rocko's Modern Life, The Simpsons, Beavus and Butthead, Reality TV was actually funny rather than annoying and pretentious and Sitcoms where clever and funny. Wayne's World. That's all I have to say.
