Karen
Singular: Karen. Plural: A homeschool of Karens. A woman who puts her perceived "reality" above the needs and concerns of others. A Karen is often narrow-minded, usually unaware of how the world works outside of her personal buble, but always thinks she has the solution if people would just do what she says. This leads to a constant state of entitlement which is how they are most easily recognized. Many will claim that a Karen is a white woman between 30-50 years of age, but they can be found at any age and any nationality. They are just most common with those particular traits. Karens can be found on both the extreme left and right political spectrum. On the left you get: aggressive vegans, new age spiritualists, Goop supporters, and organic produce advocates. While the right is filled with: wealthy stay at home moms who believe their kids can do no wrong, proselytizing evangelicals who believe in prayer over medicine, flat-earthers, Q-anon supporters, and bigots. Note that all of the above are groups which have a loud and vocal minority. It is part of the selfrighetous belief that they are special because they are part of a small group that is right. *** A group of Karens is known as a homeschool of Karens. Just like a murder of crows or a parlement of owls, the group name “homeschool” describes the characteristics of a Karen.

The mug is great! I bought it as a gag gift for a friend, and I didn't really think it was going to be a good mug, but when I got it I was super surprised! It is really high quality feeling ceramic and the print is very clear and good looking. It was also packaged really well, and the shipping process was nice too! It did take longer than I thought to get here, but it's understandable as I did order it custom. In all it is an amazing mug and I think I'm gonna have to buy one for myself.
