Let's say what's not Goth! Emo is not Goth; emo bands are bands that are angsty and emotional like Fall out boy, silverstein, rites of spring and falling in reverse; Emo wasn't dark in any way until My Chemical Romance started making their fashion darker. Death metal bands such as Cannibal Corpse is not Goth; death metal is metal so if it looks very gory and they're band name is chaotic or violent like "Mayhem" or "Slayer" it's Extreme Metal, Not Gothic Rock! One metal stereotype that gets confused with Goth a lot is what I call black metal: bands that sound really heavy and satanic, wear corpse paint, bullet belts and satanic crosses and stars, stereo typically this group is also blamed for church burnings. So what is Goth? Goth is wearing pale make up, black clothes, fishnets (if one wants to), and listening to a genre called post punk such as The Cure, Sisters Of Mercy and Siouxsie & The Banshees. Goth is not Evil.

I was really excited to receive this mug and when it did come it was perfect quality. My only complaint is that the color I choose was green teal but it came in yellow.
