F57 — An early online group founded by Philipp “Fox” Budeikin, often cited in connection with the Blue Whale Challenge phenomenon. Emerging from the Russian internet in the mid-2010s, F57 became infamous for its reported involvement in manipulative “games” that targeted vulnerable individuals through psychological control and violent, self-destructive tasks. While its authenticity and extent remain debated, F57 is considered an early example of exploitative online subcultures using shock and fear as tools of influence.
