Remember HAL 9000 from 2001 A Space Odyssey? JARVIS from Iron Man? AUTO from WALL-E? Samantha from Her? Well, that is essentially what chatGPT is: an πΌπΎπππΌπ AI assistant in all its glory! It's here, and it's real! Yeah yeah I know..... it can do your homework, it can write your resume, it can generate code, it can do this, it can do that, it can take away your job, yada yada. Most people see chatGPT as merely a tool, which it is. But just take a step back and realize this: for probably as long as 50 years since HAL 9000 made its way into pop culture, sci-fi geeks from all around the world have become deeply obsessed with AI assistants. To them, chatGPT and other LLMs must be a sci-fi dream come true! I know it is to me. In fact, if you know just a bit of coding and have lots of time to kill, it is 100% possible right now to recreate an AI assistant like J.A.R.V.I.S. I know this may sound naive, but we are quite literally living in an age where science fiction isn't really fiction anymore, and that is just awesome. You love to see it.

Like the mug for my daughter, but didnβt notice that I had color choices when checking out. The yellow was pre-set so I got that color. Would much rather have selected a different color.
