A small town in the People's Republic of Massachusetts, populated by people who can't live in Cambridge for one reason or another. Typified by liberals who are completely out of touch with reality, "townies" who hate the liberals and are equally clueless, spoiled children all around, and a general sense of the bizzare. Noted for its public school system, which is one of the worst in the state, and for the Belmont Hill School, a private all-boys school which is one of the best in the state. A Japanese princess lived near the town center for a couple of years, bringing the town a small tourist industry.
