Beabs always come in pairs. If they are left alone together for to long (especially if one is in the middle of a sugar high) it normally results in total insanity of the minds and the terrorisation of the nearest playground. Aside from all this trouble they cause, they do look after each other. When swimming together they always rotate in a clockwise direction for safety, and rely on each other for protection from strangers. Beabs always have millions of fans around the world, all of whom are just waiting for the next episode of 'Bean Baking' to be released. The luckiest of beabs also have a large group of loving friends, along with their very own beab board and pet cactus. Whether it be coffee, jelly, kidney or baked, all types of beans are sacred to beabs. The colour green plays a very important role in the daily life of a happy beab, and is thought to be the most beabelicious colour of all. Beabs are exceptionally skilled cooks (especially of desserts), and are naturally brilliant at making puns. Beabs are always stunningly beautiful in every way, with perfectly wavy brown hair. They always stick together and live their lives by a single moto: "A beab in need is a beab indeed".

We began to use atomic energy as a nearly limitless source of power. People enjoyed luxury once thought in the realm of science fiction. Domestic robots, fusion powered cars, portable computers. Then, in the 21st century, people awoke from the American dream. Years of consumption led to the shortages of every major resource. The entire world unraveled. Peace became a distant memory. It is now the year 2077, and we stand on the brink of total war, and I am afraid, for myself, for my wife, for my infant son, because if my time in the army taught me one thing; is that war, war never changes.
Excellent satire - didn't see comments to that end, so find it hard to fathom if most readers, in turn, didn't laugh out loud, and say so. But apparently not.
