From the Hindi language as seen on Asia TV. The true definition is unknown, but it has been redefined as follows for the English language: 1. Butter on the edge of a water glass; typically found at a greasy spoon like Tee-Jay's. 2. The funky aroma that a busboy (who also works at Tee-Jay's) eminates after a hard day of smearing butter on the edges of water glasses. NOTE: Zamoti is typically native to Ohio, but sightings have been made in western Pennsylvania and the deep south.
