A term typically used for teenagers who don't have a specific path in life. The person who is usually referred to as "young, dumb, and broke" is younger than 19, and is not much higher than the working class. Note that the subject can have A's in all their classes, but they can also be relatively stupid as a person. Derives from a popular song released on February 2nd, 2017 by the R&B artist Khalid.
