12-13 year olds (In the UK) Who have just gotten out of their first year in high school( Year 7) and back chat teacher refuse to do work and think they own the place. After their first year of high school they suddnely think they're hard and try to fight with people but this is very rare as it is in year 7 when they turn "Hard" and try to fight but thats out of this topic. Year 8's tend to have friendship groups but they call it some other "cool" name, If you are unlucky enough to come across a group of year 8's then you might want to back off as they might want to have a fight with you or atleast want to make you scared of them so they think you want mess with them ever again. Most of the year 8's have actually just hit puberty so they can occasionally had high pitched voices or even have really low voices depending on what puberty did to them and because of the fact they just hit puberty they like to believe they are cool as they are a slowly but surely becoming a man. Most of the higher years laugh at these embezzles because of what they believe vs reality everyone laughs at the year 8's except the year 7's who are younger so decide to not laugh in public or just to keep it to them selves They also tend to use roadmap language as if they are very cool big boys/girls now
