According to USA Today, WOP, by @TheRealJDash, is one of the TOP 10 Hip-Hop Dance Songs of the past decade and has spent several weeks on the BillBoard HOT 100 which recognizes the top 100 songs in the world. b) A hashtag used on social media postings. When something awesome happens, or when the underdog wins, people add #WOP to their social media posts. As originally used, an awesome event was tagged #WOP to denote the person was so happy that they wanted to dance (to WOP). Additionally, it is sometimes used when an underdog defeats the higher ranked opponent in sports, politics, business, etc. as in "StereoFame Records is kicking major label ass. #WOP" or "The Pirates keep winning with the lowest payroll in baseball! #WOP" c) An acronym for the dance meaning With Out Prejudice. d) The act of a female dancing and bouncing their gluteus maximus in a twerk-like fashion so as to arouse all men watching.
