Wheaton College

Wheaton College is a quirky, close-knit college community that emphasizes people before ideas. South of Boston, Massachusetts, Wheaton is a 'home away from home' for many people. Professors and students actually know each other and work together. Despite the tendency of many of its students to bitch about everything, giving little acknowledgement to everything that is being made available to them, this is a place where bright kids learn, contribute and make life-long friendships. Wheaton is a place where people are taught to think about how they can contribute to the world more than just compelling them to enter the work-force as anonymous drones. Contrary to popular belief, Wheaton is not teeming with collar poppers and trendy fashionistas. It is home to one of the countries largest populations of scholarship-supported students in a small college setting.
