Weetabix Challenge
The weetabix challenge is a dietary programme designed to improve gastro-intestinal performance and general health and well being. It is also said that benefits to energy levels and allows extended periods of concentration. The programme is followed by the participant sleeping for 14 minutes every hour proceeded with a single unit of dry weetabix accompanied by only water. The programme was developed by Prof. Edmund Donaldson of Chicago State University and has gone under several trials to test its effectiveness. The Weetabix Food Co. have described the trials as 'A Significant Advancement'
