(n.) Essentially, any individual subjected to social expectation and assumptions attached to the belief that woman=female=uterus=hormonal baby maker, etc. Obviously a tongue in cheek homage to the Illuminati, implying by association that the Uterati possess special knowledge and secrets from being the curtain.
