Official last Name of US Army Pvt Fernando Robledo Torivo. Originally spelled Toribio. At the age of 15 Fernando was given the opportunity to go to the olympics as a golden glove olympic boxer. Unfortunately however, Fernando's father refused giving his blessing. Fernando ran away from home to join the United States Army. During the enlisting process Fernando's name was purposely miss spelled leaving his name to be spelled Ferrnando r. Torivo on his WW2 dog tag.
