The Pinky Blinky

When a woman stretches the ball sac of a man, and bites into the nut sac, causing the man to experience pain, so much so that he experiences blinkage. The woman then bites his testicles to release semen. The mixing of the semen, and blood, result in a gooey pink liquid. *note* This act often leads to infections and the male participant often losing or having their semen production reduced.
