Gang affliated back grounds, ones abilty to beat opression and avoid cops, death, abuse, lost of money , drive by shootings,rape every day things that occur on the streets of the world that having a high Street I.Q can make the difrrence of life or death and seeing another day with your family its something to be proud and upliftting about to have a high street I.Q in the pass this was simply know as having streets smarts now we empower the word with a new scale to gratify your over understanding of street knowledge !
