We have alumni who have become doctors, lawyers, nurses, teachers(both school based & traveling), military personnel & state officials. Many young men & woman leave SCHS prepares to tackle the world in either to further their education or start a skill. We have firefighters, mechanics, EMTs, Police Officers & church ministers whoM have come out of SCHS. Education is on par with many other county schools in our area and great extra curriculum activities. Unfortunately, we do have a few under achievers who are from our school, only to spew their ignorance around the local area without actual knowing a thing about the alumni whom have actual graduated from Shelby County, probably due to their own addictions & self-pity.
