A term used as an insult / sarcastic phrase to a person that just got salted upon. Comes from something to do with a place in Canada, called Salty Bear. Originates from a very large town in Massachusetts called Framingham. Used excessively on the hockey and lacrosse teams in both the youth and high-school levels, as well on online video games after getting owned.
