A popular name, through out the United States, though when used to discribe someone, one whom is a "Ryan" is generally/usually an overweight boy, with rosey cheeks, he may have some sort of emotional attachment to his mother, and he also may live in Los Angolas, New York, or Denver. He might be very funny, but possibly very annoying. If his last name ends with an A, you're defently dealing with a Ryan, whom comes from the the family, they orginate in North Carolina
