A place in Africa that is developing really fast. Called the “Singapore of Africa” even though Singapore should be the “Rwanda of Asia” but anyways they are really clean, hardly any trash on the floors of Kigali (the capital of Rwanda) and this is because the president made them clean the community every 4th Saturday(from what I heard) and made sure cleanliness was taken seriously. Rwanda is also one of the safest places in Africa. People are friendly, gorgeous scenery, and a wonderful place to be. Their ‘slums’ are clean too!
