He is thanking the police at the new Station in the area for getting his heroin addicted daughter off the streets and off heroin. Also there are a bunch of protesters, mainly feminists and SJWs. Enter Zarna Joshi, an indian sjw who was filming rudy being interviewed. She asked him his name to which he replied "Hugh Mungus". Zarna flipped her shit and yelled to everyone she was sexually harassed. she was eventually kicked out of the building. Zarna was so sure that she was right in her thinking that she was harassed that she uploaded the video to Facebook. she was wrong.
