Redneck

Rednecks are people who don't live in cities in any part of the United States. Some live in the Northwest. Where there is more undeveloped land, than developed. Where more people own guns than don't. Where seeing someone walking down the street with a gun(including AR's) is a normal & we don't go into a panic because we think they are going to ambush us. Where owning a gun is needed. Not to protect us from people, because we don't kill each other in redneck country (even though we all own guns. Odd to city people; especially when they think all guns kill people). We need guns from wildlife that may attack, and come hunting season, an elk will feed our family for a year. Where we love God & family & friends. We believe in "love your neighbor as yourself", where the whole town will come together when one of "our" kids has cancer and raise thousands to help that family in need, where if we lose a man in a mine accident, the whole town grieves. Where we DO have indoor plumbing but can still pee in the woods. Where fun isn't movies, or malls or museums. A rednecks mall are the mudholes where we 4x4. We go floating down the lazy river, take the ATV in the mountains and look for "shed". A movie is laying in the back of our truck with a blanket, hoping to catch a falling star (God's theater.) To a redneck, city people are aliens, too self indulgent and highly discouraged into coming into "our" country. Where Live and Let Live is a way of life and not just a bumper sticker.
