Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) tee
A combination of client-centered therapy, cognitive therapy, and sarcasm, designed by Albert Ellis. REBT acts to remove unreasonable cognitive beliefs, for example, musterbation. Its basic premise is that emotional suffering is due primarily to the often unverbalized assumptions and demands that people carry around with them as they negotiate their own way in life; for example, demanding perfection in oneself and/or in others. REBT has been shown to reduce self-reports of anxiety in general and specific forms; reduce type A behavior patterns; reduce depression, anger, and, in children, antisocial behavior; and help emotionally healthy people cope better with everyday stress.

Good stuff! Although, I do have a sneaking suspicion that this is cursed. You see, whenever i dawn this top-teir, soft, stylish shirt - I proceed to pass out within 46 seconds. The mere act of making contact with the material insues the process of this countdown starting. If I do not quit contact, i will lose conciousness the exact moment the countown hits 0. And when I regain clarity, I find myself in a bathtub - never mine, but a bathtub nevertheless. In the bathtub, there is always various colours of hairdye. I then have to go back home, shirt stained with dye. Very fashionable though! 10/10
