A slender and under weight body frame, usually female, that goes against society's view of the ideal body type. The ''post-plastic surgery era'' term came into existence when the obsession with 'boobs and ass' took over the media and the dreams of pubescent boys wanting physical stimulation instead of friendship or an intellectual partner. Regardless of whether 'rail thin', 'thick', or even fat, if insecurity and a lack of self worth exist in the minds of those labeled...then the greatest damage is done by one's own self and not those that have labeled you.
