Pumpkinugg A person, usually female, who is characterized by these two traits 1.Their skin is an orangeish color, like a pumpkin, due to trips to innumerable trips to the tanning salon and application of bronzers. 2.They wear ugg boots. It could be a hundred degrees out, but these orange individuals are still running around in those ugly, tan, boots. Other characteristics usually include over sized sunglasses, straitened and highlighted hair, an over sized designer purse, abercrombie and fitch, hollister, or american eagle apparel, and of course, some kind of fat-free starbucks beverage. They can usually be found in the vicinity of colleges and shopping malls
