Essentially, the non-weeb version on a lolicon. The name stems from being "pro-shipping" or not caring what romantic/sexual fan art people create of popular media. Though at some point this term started meaning "I think all art is acceptable and healthy". A nice sounding message, until you realize this extends to rape scat porn of My Little Pony characters drawn as realistic human infants, and literally any other obscene fucked up thing one can imagine. They tend to use terms such as 'problematic', 'pro-art', 'pro-fiction', and the combination of '🌈🍖' to identify each other.
