Post-nap grog
Sometimes in life, nighttime just didn't provide you with the correct amount of sleep you deserved. When this occurs its perfectly acceptable to go for a nap when your energy runs out, to keep you fresh for the rest of the day. The key with napping is to not make it too long, once you reach the fresh/grog boundary it can all go wrong, leaving you with a post-nap groggy feeling leaving you feeling a horrible mixture of hungover and mental slowness which is hard to shift.
