Too much (or sometimes just the right amount) and you end up with 2 ounces/60 grams of ketchup/catsup on your burger/hot dog/kielbasa/self. So named due to the United States' largest ketchup/catsup manufacturer and maker of the squeeze bottles in question being Heinz Foods, based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, US.
