Phone Troll
Term referring to a miserable and worthless creature whose life goal is to become a customer service representative's worst nightmare. A phone troll spends most of his workdays terrorizing reps with remarkably stupid questions. He tends to blame them for his own unearthly stupidity. It is said that a phone troll's IQ may be lower than 50. This is clearly a myth because he can't read or write. Some even speculate that he might actually be a she. It's worth mentioning that a phone troll is an uncommon mutation of the much more popular internet troll.
