pepeL is a emote on twitch (you must have an add-on called 7tv to be able to see it). Its mostly used when someone says hello to another user in the stream-chat or to give out some "hugs". The emote is showing the most fameous pepe-frog hugging a very cute teddybear. The emote itself is one of the most cutest emotes you can see in a chat, and its one of the streamer called Krewlex's most used emotes.
