overcoat guy

overcoat guys are most often seen at malls holding small childrens hands or at your local public pool getting a tan. these children usually are not their own hence the fact tehy "slip them in their overcoat". They usually shop at target and smell terrible. They only reason why they molest small children is because they themselves have absoultly hidieous children thereforfe, they need better ones. the guys that own the pawn shop are in fact overcoat dudes.(especially the old dude). they also place themselves in the stores "marshalls" and pet stores.
