(Original Graffitio User) OGA refers to a group of four people on Graffitio who think they are better than everyone else and cut people who should truly be OGA out because they do not like them or have nothing better to do. OGA is now basically a group of people who have nothing better to do than exclude people from a group and feel special about themselves because they put themselves into a group that exists on an iPhone app.
