In their selfish pursuit, they've shattered the futures of their own children and perpetuated a culture of discord. The grandchildren, distanced from the family tradition, seem unlikely saviors. Yet there's one outlier, a grandson missing from family photos, viewed by his family as a thug, by his exes as a bad boy, and by acquaintances as a lazy genius. But the truth reveals a more complex picture. In a family marred by criminality, this grandson stands as the one honest member, filled with compassion and a unique capacity to listen to the people. For those disillusioned with Oberweis, he may be the only redeeming figure, guided by a genuine connection with others and driven by a commitment to fulfill his ancestors' dream of being simply the best.
