Netflix body
A girl who is out of shape because she spends most of her free time watching Netflix. A Netflix body is achieved by binge watching Netflix multiple hours a day, eating snacks from Trader Joes, drinking Starbucks Frappuccinos, and rarely working out. A girl with a Netflix body will not necessarily be fat, but typically overweight. Sometimes, getting a Netflix body will play in a girl's favor and she will be seen as thick or curvy and, therefore, more attractive by men. Netflix body may be shortened to just "Netflix bod" in conversation.
