A nickname for someone with the birth name Nelli. Only awesome Nelli's can go under the term Nellz (or any variation of your name with a 'z' in it for coolness). It should be noted that non-awesome's going under Nellz might experience heart failure, as the burden is so great. Basically the coolest person you would ever hope to meet, ever.
