something that can seem boring and uncomfortable, but just try it for more than 30 min, daily, to get back your investment, plus interest. you don't need to sit in an uncomfortable position, but also don't fall asleep immediately because you finally stopped looking at a laptop or phone screen for 5 minutes and your brain feels utterly grateful and relieved. useful to pick a goal to keep you engaged. even though they are not really-really a thing, as described on the internet, like a lot of other things, really, a lot of people feel very motivated to finally feel some chakra. why not pick this? why not try meditation to feel some interesting things? ...eventually
