A waste of time and money when you can just move in together and have it be much cheaper. Getting married doesn't even do anything, you just get some fancy rings, you waste money on everything there, a girl buys a dress (usually £300 or more) that she will never wear again after the wedding, people dress up all fancy, and you all eat some fucking cake after the most boring procedure of vows and stuff that leads up the rings and a kiss. "I'm getting married soon. Will you go?" "Only if I can just take my piece of cake, and leave."
