An extremely rare group of people that make things for the fighting game engine MUGEN. Leechers continually pester these people if creations are kept private. "Elitist" creators are labeled many derogatory names because they make things for themselves, for fun and don't care what others think about them. Many creators go private after their work is warehoused and distributed without proper consent from the creators. Some quit, which is understandable, because, like most people, they have lives. Not all creators are of the elite. Some steal various parts of others' work and post it as their own. These "creators" are what brings the community down. That and Brazil.
