A Lucky Boy Spirit Riser is a service provided by some Escorts or high end prostitutes in which they are paid by another to seduce a man, have sex with him, make it seem natural and pretend to be horny but married, on vacation, in a relationship or otherwise unable to pursue a future relationship.
