The Lower Bottoms (also known as The Bottoms) is the informal name of a neighborhood of West Oakland in Oakland, California. The neighborhood boundaries are Mandela Parkway to the east, (((7th Street!!!))) to the south, West Grand Avenue to the north, and the former Oakland Army Base to the west. It consists of many gangs including the Arabian Knights located on 7th street
