kitsune
Kitsune is simply the japanese term for "fox" and nothing else. The fact that Japanese used to believe that ALL foxes were magical and so are many foxes in japanese fiction (especially anime), doesn't change that the term "kitsune", per se, doesn't imply any supernatural characteristic and therefore, there's no reason to call anything "kitsune", unless you are speaking proper japanese.
