Admittance to this country will require a series of rigorous screenings that will sort out all but the most superior candidates. The country's flag will be randomly changed every day of the year. In fact, the only thing that will stay constant for any lengthy period of time will be its motto: "Interviam Viam Aut Faciam," a Latin phrase which, when translated into English, means "I'll find a way, or I'll make one." One of the founding Randomologists felt so strongly about it that she has a tattoo bearing the same phrase. The other, who is afraid of needles, has decided to wear a sticker with the motto written on it on his forehead.
