The term Julian describes someone who is a fast food worker, a recovering drug addict, and a mushroom lover. Julian's usually need to live with their parents to get on their feet after dealing with all the other issues they have. Julians usually live in some broke ass border town in Texas, like Laredo. They appear to really be sincere at first early in the friendship, especially when they need something. They don't care who you are, they just want a ride home from work, or they want to hang out with you if you've got some pot. This term comes from 'Julian Garcia' a famous character in these parts that deserves to be forgiven for everything he has ever done wrong. Julians are not necessarily from Laredo, but this term might also be used on someone that lives in Austin as well. Julians really enjoy bisexual butt sex, spewing their lazy seed into the anus of some sleazy cum hungry mongrel, with desregard for their own body. Julians can be forgiven, but they have to fully recover from the effects of their hardcore mooching lifestyle. They also have to learn how to become more sincere.
